Product Availability and Pricing

You may choose to view pricing and complete your order in pounds sterling having and being agreeable to the relative conversion rate to your own currency being acceptable to yourself. Axminster Bingley Design limited is a UK based company governed by the company laws and statues of the United Kingdom and all prices are therefore shown in United Kingdom pounds sterling. They can be converted to any non UK client’s currency by a method the customer deems fit and reliable but this has no bearing in any form whatsoever on the price paid which will always be in UK pounds and if necessary converted to UK pounds. The customer agrees to his or her own banks conversion rates if the customer is paying with a card or account that is not a UK or Sterling bank account, credit or debit card.

If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently not in stock or back ordered, you can email us directly on orders@vernes.co.uk and or order it online as we will always endeavor to put a lead time on orders and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.

Additionally, it should be noted that if a purchase is made of a loose diamond from Axminster Bingley Design Ltd and the exact diamond with the exact formal specification is not available Axminster Bingley Design Ltd reserve all rights to purchase either a diamond that is exactly the same or better in respect to diamond characteristics, specifically size, clarity, colour and price. If we cannot replace the order with a like for like item which is as good or better than the original diamond ordered, then Axminster Bingley Design Ltd will give a complete and full refund to the client as soon as is possible.

Axminster Bingley Design Ltd refund policy applies taking this agreement into consideration as is detailed in the section titled Full Refund Guarantee on the www.vernes.co.uk website.

Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices depending on our discretion. As Axminster Bingley Design Ltd creates each product from scratch sometimes we may be in a position where an order takes longer then we have detailed. Under these circumstances we will endeavor to contact you and inform you of the delay but we guarantee that you will receive the order as soon as its available. You accept the fact that sometimes orders can take longer due to the various reasons detailed in this document. If necessary and if the order has not been completed in its entirety we may decide to refund you under our own discretion part of the cost and/or give you a voucher code allowing for a reduced price for any future orders if we deem necessary and solely under our discretion if we do take longer then we stipulate. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of the Axminster Bingley diamonds or jewellery consultants on sales@vernes.co.uk

All shipments are fully insured. That means that your order is always shipped risk-free.

A fee of upto 0.30% if so required of the value of your order will be applied during the checkout process. This insurance protects your order from the time it leaves Axminster Bingley Design Ltd to when it arrives at your door. This policy is an agreement between the customer and the insurance company. Details about the insurance company and claims process will be provided to you, following your purchase, in your order confirmation email.

For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your Axminster Bingley Design Ltd orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Diamond Certificates

When you order a loose diamond or custom-created jewellery, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories - making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.

If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, FedEx, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

The table below shows estimated duty and tax rates. Please be advised that Axminster Bingley Design Ltd has no control over these charges. The actual amount charged by customs may differ from the rates below.
